They make people go through delayed application processes. The African woman was the person in the office who said everything was good to go and had my loved one admitted. He packed up his things and left his home. He was eager to go to rehab and start his journey. He got in and a week in, the leaders called him into the office and said ‘new information has come to light and we have to exit you right now from the program’. No explanation.
