Bernice .the front desk receptionist is very nasty toward people she thinks she owns the place and the staff don't correct her..and if you're on parole ..watch out..they will get you violated if you fail a test if you're mandated..they claim to help .but the whole staff is uncaring.. odyssey house is a joke..
Great team, helping the community.
