Posted on Nextdoor about a help with turning off my main power from my electrical panel (to remove an expired Smoke/CO alarm) and Jeff was kind enough to explain over the phone that I could remove it without doing so, walked me through how I could relabel the panel myself but how much he charged if I preferred someone to come out and helped instead. Thank you, I really appreciate the advice, hard growing up in a single parent household you have to learn to do things yourself and free advice is rare nowadays.

Called Odyssey in the evening (after hours) to describe a GFI That would not reset causing us to lose power in bathroom and go Rolladens. Jeff kindly walked use through our options and offered to work us into his schedule if the situation did not resolve after letting things dry out after our recent cloudburst.
