10/10, we all had a blast, staff was clear and straightforward. No nonsense guys. Completely taken care of from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.
If I could give zero stars I would. I understand doing a job, but I drove 3 hours away from Virginia with my fiancé, and was told I could not ride the jet ski because the hostess assumed I was “intoxicated.” Proceeded to insult saying I have “droopy eyes” no shit I just woke up at 6am to have a beach trip with my fiancé next time you shouldn’t assume your customer. Had a wonderful time here with my fiancé!! The staff was very nice and the riding area was pretty big! They offer floating phone case/protection and plenty of other convenience items for purchase.
I took my two kids on a jet ski ride. We had a great time! They have a large area where we were allowed to freely roam and the water in that area isn't as choppy as other areas. Our guide John was very attentive and informative and took great care of us. We will definitely come back!
I was a repeat customer, but after my last visit I will not return. A storm with lightning moved in just minutes after leaving the dock. Instead of being called back to safety, we were told to stay out on the water. After about 30 minutes we returned, but no refund was offered, not even for unused fishing gear. This left me feeling unsafe and unvalued as a customer. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Odyssea Watersports.
