I do like the PA Rivas but he is always late . But he is late because he is over worked . The front desk lady is over worked also but has very little people skills. Asked me a guestion she said hold please I stayed on hold for 12 min not knowing What she was doing when she came back, she told me she took care of the issue and called CVS when I had already tried to explain to her. I appreciate Dr. Odubela and his team. They are professional and Dr. Odubela is personable and truly cares about better outcomes for his patients.

Do not see this doctor. Especially if you have an urgent or potentially urgent issue. The facility is incompetent. They don’t fill out paperwork correctly and they don’t check to see if their referral faxes were accepted. If you have an urgent issue don’t expect it to be resolved in a timely fashion. Expect to do the job of the office staff should you choose to see this doctor. Don’t ever assume that they did anything correctly the first time, or second time, or third time. I don't recommend this doctor. This doctor's office is very poorly run. It appears that there isn't a physician at the office and all the work falls on a physician assistant. The physician assistant and staff appear to be overwhelmed with the amount of work and as a former patient I was totally dissatisfied. A physician assistant is NOT a doctor. In my humble opinion your health may be in danger.
