Ok I was coming to ODU for the first time, the lady at the desk was just as nice as can be. There are some other universities that could learn a thing or two about customer service. I am also impressed that people at ODU actually answer the phone
They split the parking lot in half. One for students one for staffs. Student parking lot always packed and staff parking lot only half of it occupied. Why not giving out just a floor of parking spots to students? I paid for $140 permit but still have to look for the parking spot what kinda shit is that?
