I had a leak that originated from an upstairs units HVAC. That leak came out of a light fixture in my bathroom. I used my insurance’s recommendation of ODSC to get assistance with closing up the leak once the area had been dried by another company. Jim let me know that I had to get someone in to dry the area before he could initiate the work. I appreciated that he told me that. I did that and had no issues with the people who dried the area. We just finished up an insurance claim rebuild with ODSC. They were not even on my radar until the water mitigation company recommended them. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. Jim gave the most detailed estimate and was very responsive to all my emails and questions leading up to the work. Brian, our project manager, I can just not say enough good things. The most professional operation I have ever contracted. Workflow: requirements, budget, schedule, execution, project completion, flows seamlessly. Brian, the project manager, is outstanding. My mother was very pleased with all the people who worked to restore her bathroom. All the sub contractors were respectful, efficient, and professional in every way.
