Flight arrived 20 minutes late, but we got our luggage right away. We prepaid for the shuttle to our hotel. The attendant told us the next shuttle would arrive. In 35 to 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, the attendant said it would another 15 to 20 minutes. The attendant then said she was closing for the evening. She apologized for the situation and then left.
