When you move earth with your big earth moving machines it is required by law to use a water truck to keep the dust at a minimum. Everyone knows this. Day in and day out your big trucks are working in an area with residential on all sides and you have no consideration for home owners at all. When we are out in our yards all day we have this dust smoke screen as a constant. I will be calling DOPL on Monday as you do not answer your phones!!! L. Zuckerman Erda Utah
