I deleted my negative review from last month. I decided to give them another chance, but again this month I have the same problems. I can't get in touch with my liaison. I call and no answer or they don't return my call or I don't even get a voicemail to leave a message to my liaison. I called in the refill Monday and Wednesday, my leaision still hasn't contacted me. Very fast service, in and out.
My how things change. I went from having great experiences with this pharmacy to nightmare experiences. Last month my medication was scheduled for deluvery without contacting me. I called because I was almost out to find it was scheduled for the next day. This month, I ran out and when I called, was told I had to contact my support person Ciara.
