I can't say enough good things about my experience with O'Donnell's Docks! Shawn provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. They are knowledgeable, have everything you need with lots of options, and their prices are fair. They are my go-to dock shop!
Excellent after the sale support! I bought a used lift at an extremely fair price and had some concerns when I arrived and after I got it home that they handled professionally and immediately. Shawn was Great! I highly recommend them! They really know their stuff.
After visiting to see the options available, I went back on a Wednesday to confirm what I wanted and provide a down-payment. Shawn and his guys showed up at 8am on Friday morning and had everything installed and provided full operating explanation in less than 90 minutes. Outstanding service, and very good people! Thank you!!
