Exceptional customer service, and products!
Shawn at O'Donnell's Docks was excellent. I got a quote on pier sections I wanted over the phone. Then I visited to check the quality. Shawn knew his stuff and upsold me on some add ons that truly provided great value. He took the time to review installation tips and upon delivery he offered to remove my old wood pier sections. I was very impressed with my experience. Not often someone goes above and beyond these days.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with O'Donnell's Docks! Shawn provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. They are knowledgeable, have everything you need with lots of options, and their prices are fair. They are my go-to dock shop!
Excellent after the sale support! I bought a used lift at an extremely fair price and had some concerns when I arrived and after I got it home that they handled professionally and immediately. Shawn was Great! I highly recommend them! They really know their stuff.
