Bought a boat lift from Shawn—couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He’s a great guy, very helpful, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Pricing was very fair, and he made the whole process easy. Highly recommend (10/10). Plus, he offers a texting support line for any questions, which is a huge bonus!

Shawn at O'Donnell's Docks was excellent. I got a quote on pier sections I wanted over the phone. Then I visited to check the quality. Shawn knew his stuff and upsold me on some add ons that truly provided great value. He took the time to review installation tips and upon delivery he offered to remove my old wood pier sections. I was very impressed with my experience. Not often someone goes above and beyond these days.
