These people are really wonderful. Small office, neatly kept. Sincere, genuine people and excellent equipment. In 2009. I had a livescan, did it through the local P.D., and it didn't go through DOJ/FBI, three times. I have no criminal record. The Board in question could not process my certification/license (they now run a name check through the 50 states if livescan fails twice). Thus, I was closed out of my professional field.
