I recently had a new roof and skylight installed by O'Donnell. This was my 2nd time using them, a few years ago I had them coat the existing roof. I sorely needed a new skylight, and when they did the estimate, they showed me some water pooling on the roof advising a new coating would be ok for now but roof would need to be replaced soon. The staff / workers (Ian, Leo, Ryan, and Sam) were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and flexible in dealing with some unexpected findings as the repair process unfolded.. I had new windows installed, all windows recapped along with barge boards. The crew was amazing! Not only was the interior trim around the windows meticulously installed, but they were so careful about a very clean installation around the brick exterior. I recommend the entire O’Donnell staff as they go above and beyond for their customers.
I have an approximately 100 year house that had an original roof. It needed A LOT of repair work. O’Donnell’s team completely replaced the roof and gutters. Their team was very responsive and we weee very pleased with the work they did. The roof looks fantastic! Would recommend them to anyone needing roof work.
Roof was done improperly 8 years ago and didn’t have proper ventilation! O’Donnell put in a proper ridge vent and opened the soffits correctly. They know what they’re doing! Great job!
