If I could give this company 0 stars I would Had 2 homes accordian shutters, took 9 months. They were unresponsive and it was a stressful fight the entire way. I never leave bad reviews but I want to save you the stress We purchased a generator, they lost the ability to install. We finally after a year had it installed with carpenter electric who was wonderful. O’Donnell impact windows was a complete nightmare
After working through a quote for many months with O'Donnell and trying to figure out which windows and doors we wanted to replace - they decided to decline our project because we didn't get approved for the entire financing amount. I requested a close family member cover the difference and they mentioned that due to the "uniqueness" of our situation they were not interested in taking our job. O'Donnell supplied and installed four new impact windows at our home. What an excellent job, not only did they deliver ahead of forecast but they were expertly installed by a guy who knows his trade....kudos. Quality product, fair price and extremely great workmanship, would highly recommend to anybody.
