Amazing place, staff, atmosphere. Cleans your car when give back and the repair didn’t take long. Highly recommend.
First of all, I didn’t get any kind of confirmation that my initial estimate appointment had been scheduled. Then the person who worked on my car, Kevin, was extremely rude during the repair process. They broke a part on my car and then told me I had to cover the cost for the part that was broken. When I called to get further clarification he continuously made condescending side comments and acted very annoyed whenever I asked questions. Last month I went here because my screen on my honda accord was black. They prepared me for what it might cost if that whole unit was bad . When they took the things apart it was just 1 wire. They got it fixed in less time and for less money then I expected. I would have totally believed them if they charged me for a whole new unit I massively respect and recommend anyone that deals strait and is honest with their customers and they did that.
