Horrible customer service! We had a horrible experience with O’Donnell Collision. They inherited our car from Gerber collision. Gerber took the car apart and refused to fixed it after seeing previous damage that had NOTHING to do with the accident. They shoved all of the parts (fender, bumper, inside door panel, and more) inside the car and damaged them. Horrible customer service! We had a horrible experience with Gerber Collision and we had my son’s car towed to O’Donnell collision to repair a hit and run. Gerber took the car apart and refused to fixed it after seeing previous damage. They shoved all of the parts in the car and damaged them. O’Donnell also refused to repair the car because the insurance company wasn’t “paying enough” per the rep. So they refused to fix it. I needed to have a large dent & scratch mark removed from my passenger side doors. They did an AMAZING job removing them & making the doors look brand new again. They completed the repairs early, & even vacuumed & cleaned the interior. Great job!! Would highly recommend!
