best Honda dealer This was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. I received a price quote online and, when I came in, the price was the same as quoted. Sounds simle, but this was not my experience with other dealers who had cheap accessories installed on cars at inflated prices. I would absolutely recommend this dealer.
Nice place for routine service The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They told me that service would take 1.5 to 2 hours, so I decided to wait. They have a free shuttle that would have taken me home, but I gave the dealership 4 stars because the shuttle would not have been a viable option (there was only one shuttle, and it didn't show up until I had been waiting 45 minutes). Neat computer sales displays at O'Donnell Honda! Great service too! Just a few days ago I visited the O'Donnell Honda dealership in Ellicott City MD to find that they have a computer system that will show you colors, models, pricing, etc.. I had never seen this before. I was working with a gentleman by the name of Mike Scandora who is the program coordinator and he too was quite knowledgeable. The 5 stars is for Honda service ONLY! THE DEALERSHIP = WORSE EXPERIENCE. There is one particular heavy set Caucasian man who I dealt with. .. never again. The service side of Odonnel.. wonderful! ! Helpful, efficient, amazing team.
I've been a car owner for a long, long time and I have NEVER experienced the high quality of service that I have consistently received from O'Donnell Honda. I take three separate vehicles there for servicing and have only the highest of praise for their entire system. I'm certain that all of their Service Techs are great but I must say that Jeff Brown is at the Top Of The Heap. His dedication to customer satisfaction and concern for your time goes above and beyond.
