This company was building a house across the street & their trucks drove over part of front lawn ruining our hard work!! We emailed company & owner said they’d take care of it, but never did. Never took accountabilty, never followed up, nor offered to repair/ pay for damage.
Mike was very patient and personable. I felt like I had known him for a while. We had been looking around for homes but the other people seemed to be in a hurry all the time. Mike helped on things we didn't understand long after we purchased our home from him. When my husband was injured at work, Mike came by and cut our lawn-what builder does that? Mike is a gem!
Great builder, no complaints
The homes are beautiful. I wish he had some Valpo locations
