Very helpful
Rude customer service. Was supposed to come out to the house for appointment to fix phone. Called me at time of appointment to say they were not coming out. I drive up to the store per there request. They say they won’t fix it. Were not nice about it. There’s a sign on there door no mask required. They clearly don’t care about COVID or the mask requirements. I would never come back to a place that treats customers like this.
terrible business. window there for 8 days. had to threaten to take it somewhere else and they got right on it. who is that way anymore?
