Among the very worst. He socially chatted with staff in next room for an hour, beginning with scheduled appointment time. No respect or regard for the patient at all. Talked down to patient, who was hard of hearing, as if he were a toddler. Patient was not stupid, in fact he was a retired top executive, he was just hard of hearing.
