We hired O’Donahue Contractors (Brendan O’Donahue) for what was supposed to be a beautiful first-floor renovation — the most significant investment we’ve ever made in our home. Brendan promised a 5–6 week project starting in March 2025 and said he personally handled all finish work. Nine months later, the project remains unfinished, and what was completed was poorly executed. He will write up a contract agreeing to a job, take a couple thousand dollars for a “deposit” and disappear. Won’t respond to any forms of communication attempts.

Excellent experience working with O'Donahue Contractors, who planned and built us a beautiful deck!
