Came out within an hour on call. Reasonable price and friendly. Found source of the leak.
I had a service done by odoms and they overcharged and I just had another plumber come out a year later and they showed me pics of the wrong pipes used and continuous backed up pipes. I am having to spend more money to fix there mistakes. I am really unimpressed with this company.
They are professional and on time. They are the best in Dothan.
I'm new to Alabama and started having problems with my plumbing. After several calls to different plumbers I decided to go with Odom's. They answered the phone promptly and came out to give me an estimate when they said they would. They did a Great job and it took only several hours not days like another plumber told me how long it would take! I give them 5 Stars and will definitely use them in the future!
Heath got me scheduled quickly to resolve two severe issues I was having. Chris performed repairs on both and was professional, courteous, thorough and neat with his work. Thank you!
