Walk in & seems decent. Then start filling out papers and there are so many grammatical errors- I should have walked out right there. Go to the restroom & it’s disgusting. There was even what looked like dried urine drips on the light switch. Fast forward- nurse seemed nice taking vitals even though it felt like it was gonna snap my arm off. (This was a first).
