We had a wonderful experience with Odom Pools! Dwayne was our primary contact through the project and we found him extremely helpful during the design phase as well as in the day-to-day oversight of the project. We used Odom Custom pools to build our pool in Vero, and could not be happier. Pool came out beautiful, and process was flawless. Dwayne was amazing to work with and kept us informed of each step along the way. I would highly recommend this company!
Asked for info on a tiny, plunge pool for 2 people, guy said it'll cost 70k and if I want cheaper I can call another builder. Yeah, no thanks
Odom built pur pool and they did a great job until the end. The "Pool School" was very limited and the guy they sent was condescending and unprofessional. We called because we had a concern about our chlorinator not working. He came out and told us our ph was off, that was not the problem but they charged is a $80 service call for this wrong info. If you hire them to build your pool, be prepared to pay another company to add use you on how to use this fancy equipment they install
