Had my appointment almost a month in advance emailed all my info and when i got there 10 mins early the lady in the front is saying i basically don’t have my information emailed to the correct person when i sent all my info to the person i was told to send to and then told me she’ll give me 10 minutes to print everything off which i took the whole 10 mins trying the get the printer to print even the person helping me had trouble. I took the morning off of work, too take the resume class as I am trying to change careers. I was 6 minutes late and the man said 5 is the limit. It’s beyond frustrating. I called twice once I saw the gps had me there a few minutes late, and no one will pick up the phone. This could all have been avoided.
