THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.. From day one dealing with OhioMeansJobs and my caseworker Heather Huff, I have repeatedly turned in every document that was asked of me, including my high school diploma and other required paperwork, only to constantly be told they never received it or that my case was never even opened. I called in the morning to see if someone could help me with writing of a resume I was told yes they will help you and sit by you. I drove over 1/2 an hour to get there. I asked about it again they said oh yes we have 2 helpers in the center I go inside the resource center only to be told oh no we don’t do that we always have everyone to call chat gtl WHAT ???! I drove over 1/2 hour to hear that? Waste of time and gas thanks alot

Literally was working with this company from beginning of last year till a couple months ago to go through their program that helps pay for cdls they gave the run around for almost a year before I decided to call it quits sent Stephanie every document every pay stub I owned she lost paperwork put me off for her own personal things so I decided to just end the process if you trying get your cdls go through impact or a different company omj will just play around way to much
