Quick response and reply to my request for service. Very smooth from start to finish. Very happy with all dealings.
Very helpful. Responded quickly. Was able to get current system operational although because our system was 15 years old we decided to go ahead and order replacement. Once ordered they were able to come out and install the next day. Very professional and informative. We have used Odis Brown several times over the years and have always been 100% pleased.
Since retiring to Florida in 2018 this was the company an Old Timer recommended. Not good to change out a good thing when you know it. I’ve stuck with fair & efficient since and now I’m that Old Timer and will recommend in a hot minute.
