I have been using this family business for years and my parents used him before I did. Always a pleasure when they are needed. I have no problem getting them right out. Each tech is knowledgeable. And the ladies that answer the phone are always so nice and helpful. I definitely would recommend them if your in the area and need a respectful AC and heat company.

Had a second story AC unit repaired earlier this year and was severely dissapointed to have it once again be blasting 85°+ air into our child's bedroom and play area. This service was completed less than 4 months ago. I own multiple homes and the AC units in those residences have not had a single issue in over 6 years now. But somehow this company cannot fix a simple ac unit for a sub 600 sqft space after MULTIPLE attempts and charges. Do not have them provide service. You will simply be setting yourself up for future visits... read more

This company charged us 700 dollars for a component install for an upstairs AC unit at our home. Not even 4 months later the upstairs is once again blasting outdoor temp air when set at 73. This is the 5th or 6th time they have been out here without fixing a simple issue on a new unit. Do not use this company whatsoever and do not use Peaden either. Both are run by and employ people who are there to continuously waste your time and money. If I could give negative stars, I would.
