I am really happy with the service. My furnace stopped working properly and I was shocked when Odis Brown could come the same day. The part came in sooner than expected so that was great too. They’re a very professional company and I will use them for all of my heating and cooling needs.
Went from heat to air… stopped working after pipe for heater broke. The crew of one was very uplifting. He found the problem and it was fixed in 10 minutes.
The technician came to my home to evaluate my HVAC. They told me that my compressor needed replacing but since my system was 7 years old, they recommended replacing the entire system. The estimate to replace the compressor was around $4k and a new system around $7k. They also said that the compressor usually has a 10 yr warranty but that mine was not under warranty, that the system was not registered at the time of installation. I got a second opinion.
