They did a great job. I am now able to use my master bedroom when before it was too hot to sleep there. The air conditioner is very quiet and the attic has new insulation which definitely makes a difference.
The crew demonstrated both friendliness and professionalism in their work on our insulation. Their efforts have significantly improved our home's comfort this summer. When a section on our main level was accidentally missed after several months, they promptly and efficiently returned to complete the job. Cozy found the sweet spot between affordability, quality work, and quick turnaround. Their customer service was outstanding – they answered all of our questions and completed the project quickly with great attention to detail. We had new insulation installed and our ducts cleaned and sealed. We’ve already noticed improvements in the temperature consistency throughout the home, and we’re looking forward to the long-term impact on our energy bills. Highly recommend Cozy, no need to look anywhere else.
Communication nightmare. I've attempted to contact them multiple times after our project went off the rails day 1 and have yet to receive a call back. Highlight of issues: -Was quoted the project would take 1 day to complete. In reality, it took a total of three days. Day 1: -A/C was turned off with no notification. Three hours later, our house was at 82 degrees. Our A/C worked all night to cool the house down, but as there was no insulation in the attic overnight it was near impossible. -The crew left without any notificati... read more
