I was in a bit of a pickle today as my roof rack got caught on a low hanging beam and part of it had snapped off. I tried to unbolt the remaining parts myself but didn’t have the tools (or strength) to undo the bent bracket/nut. I popped in to Odin’s maybe try to buy some tools to fix it, but the staff member came out and had a look (even though the shop was busy) and unbolted it for me so I could get it onto my car.
