You have to wait sometimes hours to see him the ladies in the office r rude they charged me a copay of 25.00 when I called in for a refill he neglected to tell my husband how high his psa level was he seems to care about money n selling his book more then his patients I changed Dr's n will never go back
You will absolutely NEVER be seen on time, earliest 20 minutes after scheduled appointment but usually an hour late but if you show up 15 minutes late they will sweat they can't see you. You can almost never get through on the phone and they are completely unorganized when it comes to scheduling appointments. Dr. Odie loves to chat which isn't in itself a bad thing but he forgets to send in Rx and order refills often and usually talks over patient when they express concerns. If I could give a negative star, I would. With the exception of the nurse Amanda Tuck and the young blonde woman who did my ekg , this staff is a nightmare. One of the nurses couldn't even take proper manual blood pressure. The wait time is easily an hour plus, and Michelle is extremely rude and disrespectful . I will be making more phone calls up the road about her . What the heck happened to the Dr. Odie I used to see. Been coming to his office for years. Today will be my last visit strictly because of how I was spoken to today. The office isn't keeping up with their responsibilities and we are getting the brunt of it. Nobody to speak to when they mess up billing. They pass the blame.
