If I could give a negative star, I would. With the exception of the nurse Amanda Tuck and the young blonde woman who did my ekg , this staff is a nightmare. One of the nurses couldn't even take proper manual blood pressure. The wait time is easily an hour plus, and Michelle is extremely rude and disrespectful . What the heck happened to the Dr. Odie I used to see. Been coming to his office for years. Today will be my last visit strictly because of how I was spoken to today. The office isn't keeping up with their responsibilities and we are getting the brunt of it. Nobody to speak to when they mess up billing. They pass the blame. RUN!!! AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! If I could give ZERO STARS I absolutely would!! I took my mother into this atrocious office for her FIRST (and LAST) visit today, the entire experience was unbelievable!! From the very long wait time to the disgusting conditions of this office. SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS!! Gloves actually touching a full sharps container, no hand sanitizer, layers and layers of dust and dirt on top of EVERYTHING, ETC ETC. I have never been to such a circus of a "Doctors" office!! Save your loved ones now!!
