Last week: I had an excellent massage a week ago and it helped my vocal cord dysfunction! It was totally worth a little discomfort from having deep tissue work done. The masseuse specializes in sports medicine massage, and he worked over my neck and shoulder muscles. 2 years ago: I am moving much better after my deep tissue massage!

Desmond offers a range of effective massage techniques that help address muscles that are tense and limited. He pays attention to what you need and really hits trigger points--sometimes I didn't even know areas that were tight until he started loosening them up. If you want a great deep massage, he's among the best. I appreciate how knowledgeable he is about the body, especially since I'm on a journey for a better health through exercise.

I found Desmond after googling trigger point massage therapists and I'm honestly in awe! I feel like I can sit up straight for the first time in YEARS and I don't have a constant tension headache. Desmond is who you want for muscle relief. Not only is he easy-going, he is also educational, informative and is not afraid to hurt you so good in places you didn’t know existed. With more tools than a college fraternity, he’s got something for everything. You’ll be sent to Nirvana one way or another and it’s worth every minute.
