I rented a unit. Showed up and there is a lock on it. Ok, no problem, I’ll call and have them come take it off. No answer to any of my phone calls or texts. I’m still waiting for it to be unlocked.
I have had this storage for over a year. No leaks or property damage. The management always will answer or call you back right away. The management watches the cameras so I know my belongings and myself are safe. This is a top rated business and I highly recommend.
