Have called twice about concerns with the medicine I was prescribed and they said someone would call back to help. No one has called and it has been almost a whole week. Not sure who i have to call to actually speak to someone or do i only get to talk to the RN or Dr. If I schedule an appointment?
Dr Frazier was Great. First time seeing him here in Odessa, WA BUT, the receptionist Julie for the clinic was rude and not vey customer friendly. People like that makes me NOT want to come back . This was my first visit to the clinic, she did not leave me with a great impression Fortunately, Dr Frazier is a doctor I want to continue seeing as a patient
