Wonderful responses from owners when I needed to leave early. Also quick to respond to any questions and issues we had. Cottage was so very clean and cute. Had everything we needed. Even some starter toiletries and coffee. Totally great place.

Overall, the stay felt mediocre, though for the price it ultimately made sense. We booked the space while our bathroom at home was being remodeled, but we were also hoping it could serve as a small getaway. The space itself was extremely small, very hot, and overall fairly basic. Amenities were quite limited. During our stay we ran out of toilet paper, and there were no paper towels or cleaning supplies available—not even basic spray cleaner, which I have never experienced not being provided at an Airbnb before. This is the second year we have stayed at an Odessa property for a girls' trip with about 12 people each year. We have had such a good experience and will continue to rebook. The views at the Morrison house this year were particularly stunning and the house was clean, well appointed, and perfect for our group. The communication was great and any minor issue or question was resolved quickly. Highly recommend.

The condos at Odessa by the Sea were fully stocked with everything you’d ever need and were very clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again should we find ourselves in Old Orchard Beach. Very safe and clean neighborhood with friendly neighbors, you will love it here!!!
