The vet took it upon themselves to make a decision on an animal who is supposed to go over seas with its owner. They lied to my face, I will never step foot in here with my dog and if you’re reading this, shame on y’all. The worst lying I have ever seen.
My son had an appointment set up for a month to get paperwork filed so he could move abroad and take his dog, the night before he leaves they decided they didn’t want to file the paperwork… he had to leave the country without his dog, now I have a dog that should be a single dog but I have one…. So now I have 2 dogs and my son has none. Eff this place.
My pet and I were treated with the utmost compassion and respect by this animal clinic. Dr. Martin is a kind person. Thank up to your team. 🤍
The staff at Odessa Animal Clinic was courteous and compassionate when our 13 year old cat needed to gently go to sleep. Blackfoot was a great cat and will be remembered for his smarts and lovingly protective nature
I love this place! They have always been so amazing with my animals. They are kind and seem to genuinely care about them. The front desk staff are amazing, too. Such kind-hearted people. Best veterinary clinic I've been to in years. Thank you for all you do.
