They was Very Compassionate when I lost my Fur baby. We decided to cremate him. They was quick to get us in instead of putting us off. I highly recommend Odessa Animal Clinic.
Our 10 year old boxer became very ill suddenly, and we needed to put him down. Our own vet office told us that didn't have an appointment until the next morning. I couldn't stand to think of making him suffer for another whole day. Odessa Animal Clinic told us to bring him in anytime before they close and they would take care of us, even though we had never been there before. Took my dog in for ear hematoma surgery. Quoted one price charged another. What was supposed to be a simple surgery turned into supposedly kidney failure and my dog dying a week later. Ended up charging me over $2000 just for me to end up taking my dog home in ashes. Unreal. There was no compassion at all throughout the whole process. They were trying to rush us in and out everytime we went there. This place is a complete joke.
Sofia, Indy and Reba loves everybody at this office. Recently, Reba had to go under a CCL repair. The surgery went great and recovery. All the vets were amazing and staff. With love from Indy, Sofia and Reba
