My dog at 4 years old passed away after ACL surgery, stay far away from this place.
Dr Croucher is extremely neglectful and rude. would not recommend taking your pet here. have heard many others have the same experience with him.
Failed to take my dogs health serious, i had to get a second opinion two days later and she ended up passing because it was too late. The other vet said if they had taken our concerns serious, she would more than likely still be here. My baby is now gone forever.
We have been going here since we moved to Oak Grove in 2020 and it is the best vet clinic we have found in the KC metro. They go above and beyond for the pets and owners making sure all your questions and needs are properly addressed. Even in an emergency scenario they will find time to fit you in when other clinics turn you down. Great clinic and awesome team!
They stole my dog. I took her in to get a lump removed After the procedure they tripled the price and refused to give me back my dog. These people should be sent to prison.
