Wonderful folks to work with, did as he said, got my lawnmower back in the same week because they understood I needed to mow my lawn. For purchase or repair they get my vote. 🤗
I’m giving 1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option. We took our mower there to have the Carburetor cleaned and that was it. We called 2-3 times a week for a month nearly and every time I actually got to talk to someone they would put me on hold for 45 mins then disconnect. I was told upon dropping it off that they would have it done in a week and a half and if it was going to be more than $150 they would call. Good fair service
Do not use this company to repair your lawnmower. I was charged $149.50 for Service that I did not approve of, I originally dropped my lawn more off for a warranty repair to the self propel only. Why was that charge for this company to sharpen the blade on the lawnmower and shop supplies that I’m not aware of. The manufacturer mailed out a free air filter for my lawnmower. Prior to getting my Lawnmower out this shop, I frequently called to check the status. No answer or call back! It took about two months for them to inspect... read more
