I went to her for acne issues and she was awful. At the beginning of the appointment, she came in and said “so we’re doing Botox today right?” Which was not correct- I was there for acne issues and have no idea how she made the assumption I was getting Botox, even when she had my chart in front of her in her hand. She was super dismissive of my concerns and even shamed me at one point for the way I was caring for my skin. I had a very disappointing experience with Sandra Odenheimer during my recent sclerotherapy appointment. When I booked the procedure, I was told it would take 30 minutes, just like it did the first time I had it done in 2019. However, Sandra only performed the procedure for about 15 minutes, which left me confused and frustrated. Sandy is a god send. My sister went to her with an acne problem and Sandy cleared it up in a matter of months. Her skin is perfect now. I started going to her with some aging concerns and she has given me back my youthful glow. I swear there is nothing this woman can’t do. Highly recommend.

Not responding to her patient message and the medication she suggested made my skin damage. I am disappointed with her treatment
