Beth is outstanding at what she does and provides a personal touch that seems to be a thing of the past at other more corporate businesses. Our rug came back as good as new after she cleaned the 8 years of "dog" out of it. Being a very shaggy green rug, our dogs seemed to get it confused for grass, and it smelled like it despite spot treating each accident when they occur. Awesome rug wash not just steam but actual wash. Needs more online presense.
Rugs are like people to Beth. She sees life and character in them and then works her magic restoring them to their best selves. An extra-long Karastan runner and matching area rug were washed, fluffed and groomed. A return to beauty at her shop. I couldn't have asked for more!
Can't say enough about my experience with Beth at Odell's Rug Wash. I purchased a rug online from an estate sale and wanted to get it cleaned. After searching online, I found Odell's, and decided to take it there. After walking in, I knew I was at the right place.
