I have very mixed feelings with Odell's now. After purchasing a couch from them and making sure at least twice we weren't being sold a floor model, they sent us a floor model.... The other workers there even asked him before we left if they had one there or if they needed to call the warehouse to send one. Upon receiving our "couch" there were several dings and cut marks.
