I recently had an issue with a reclining sofa I bought over a year ago from O’dells. I called on a Saturday morning and Derek came up to Ashton to troubleshoot the problem. He wasn’t able to fix it that day but had the delivery drivers pick it up on Monday. I had my sofa back on Thursday! No charges! Derek is the best and very knowledgeable. I have shopped at O’Dells for 25+ years and will continue to do so!! Best customer service around. Thank you!!!
We bought a sofa and love seat set here a couple years ago and have had two great experiences with the store since when it came to repairs and serving the couches. Our little kids have been a bit rough on the recliners and they've taken good care of us and we're super quick and responsive to our requests, especially Derek.
Odell's furniture is the place to go! They are so attentive to their customers. Arturo was great! I came in and Arturo greeted with a smile and warm, "Welcome!". I told him what I was wanting and he directed me to exactly what I needed. He made the experience so smooth and easy! I was very pleased! Thank you to Odell's and thank you to Arturo! He for sure needs a raise!
