Ive been coming to this clinic since I was 17 and I'm now 46 but I cant do it anymore. Ive always been happy BUT the quality of care starts with the phone call and now I cringe knowing I must speak to this clinics front staff. They want to do one thing and thats to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. They schedule like a beast but if you call for any other reason DO NOT EXPECT them to listen and direct you kindly. So so so rude.
