Fun, challenging class. Good instruction that pushes within your means. Would highly recommend!
Great coaching I partnered up with someone and swaped between a rower and a bike and we would swap every 25 cals and my veins went crazy for 2 weeks after the workout
Great atmosphere, Mayhem programming, highly recommend. I stopped in while visiting for a week and will definitely go back the next time I’m in town.
In town for work so I dropped in for a class. Really enjoyed the class and the people. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful getting me signed in and ready to train. I’ll definitely visit again next time I’m in town.
