Shoutout to Brad. Called about an out of state PPI and he explained the whole process, even said they would be willing to help get the car if the dealership made an issue. Unfortunately the dealer flaked once they found out I had secured a place to get a PPI. OUT-OF-STATE buyers call Oddball Motor Works first to help with a PPI. Can't speak to the process but the phone etiquette and overall willingness leads me to believe this would have been a good call on my part.
Trusted them with my Audi s4… & they were absolutely amazing. Very honest, very straight forward & updated me about everything. They took care of my oil leak, coolant leak & broken boost gauge/vacuum line and a couple other things for a very reasonable price. Wonderful people & a wonderful shop.
I took my car in and they gave excellent service. They were detail oriented and informative every step of the way. I was able to get my car serviced for an oil change and new tires quickly and the price was quoted fairly. The mechanics here are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We will be back for future work!
