After a negotiation made by a realtor utilised who unbeknown to me used odd job property maintenance for services rendered I am appalled by the carpet tradie utilised for carpet laying who dragged dog fecal matter onto brand new carpet telling me to clean it up, deeply grooved skirting timber boards and scratching fresh new paint on skirting boards that required repainting and repairing on my behalf, gaps, peeling, lifting, and work not rendered and completed, communication so poor that upon complaint finding out services to... read more
The work didn't happen. Ali and Sam came once, reviewed the work to be done. I had to reschedule the actual service date, at which point they became totally unresponsive. They didn't respond to emails or calls over the course of the summer.. Angie's List has also been contacting them on my behalf, ALSO WITHOUT RESPONSE. Since it's outside the 30 day window, Angie's List claims they can't help me and can't refund the purchase. I hired Odd Jobs to fix the gutter on the front of my house that was causing water to leak into my front closet. They were fast, reasonable, and cleaned up after themselves once finished. I would highly recommend Odd Job and they are programmed in my phone for any future work or home emergency I might have.
