Staff are knowledgeable and very welcoming.
On July 16th I visited the Ottawa Derm Spa at the Alta Vista location and received a free medical grade SPF sunscreen. I want to thank Anne and Nancy for the warm welcome and the information provided about the many products and services they offer. Always made to feel welcome and special whenever at this location. I visited the spa for the first time today to learn about its services. I was greeted by Anne and given a complete tour of the facilities which looked clean and comfortable. I was impressed with the friendly, welcoming introduction and look forward to using their services. Doris L.
Came here today for the first time to picked up an order. They were having a special promotion and giving out really nice sunscreens! The ladies were lovely and you could tell that they knew what they were talking about. I will absolutely be back! Also they are the only skincare clinic I’ve seen that sell sunscreen at cost!! That’s HUGE!!
Had a great experience getting BBL lazer treatment for dark spots and redness. It was my first time doing anything like this and I am very happy with the results. Anne is super personable and helpful.
