Employees came for a warranty repair they did the bare minimum. They did not clean the floor or conduct any prep . They painted the garage floor the next day they applied epoxy with out grinding or widening the cracks then immediately applied more paint . The last day they clear coated the floor . The employee took the rest of the clear coat that was like in the paint bucket and dumped it in my lawn ruining the grass with clear coat. New home in 2025, Concrete work is cracking everywhere. Found areas where it was covered to try and hide it. Failed also!
I dealt with yari in The warranty department she was so awesome and directing me how to file a claim with my builder and she took care of my problem promptly. I’m sure she’s a great asset to this company. It warmed my heart to see how she made my problem, her problem and took care of it.
ODC Construction does amazing work. The team is professional, reliable, and takes real pride in every project. Great communication and top quality results every time. Highly recommend them to anyone in Orlando
They did a driveway for DR HORTON I purchased back in March. VERY POOR JOB. The driveway is already cracked. I told the warranty department and supervisor. They respond but no action is taken. I called ODC to have them come out and yet I have not received a phone call to schedule. 7 times I called. They didn’t even properly poured my driveway right, the apron is WAY above the city code and yet no one came back to finish the asphalt connection.
