Extremely dissatisfied with the visit. I was here today for an ultrasound, booked for 4 and was told to be on time for the visit. We were there 10 minutes before our appointment, but waited there for 49 min because somehow the doctor who was supposed to do the ultrasound came at 4:15 instead of 4 and after coming late he still did some chit chat here and there and then decided to start calling for patients. I visited ODC Brampton on Thursday, May 8th for an abdominal wall ultrasound, specifically ordered by my family doctor to investigate a suspected umbilical hernia. My appointment was scheduled for 7:30 PM, and I was seen around 8:00 PM due to a prior chest X-ray. The ultrasound was performed by a technician named "Arpan", and I can confidently say it was one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant medical interactions I’ve ever experienced. I had come here for my ultrasound last Saturday, there was a technician named Tanzeela who had done my ultrasound. She was so kind and patient, she took her time and informed me of what we were going to do as I was a little nervous. Hats off to her patience and customer service, such a gentle soul.
