Excellent Experience! Trisha at check-in and Mike in the back were both amazing; both very kind and friendly. I was taken back quickly and Mike explained everything every step of the way. Great patient care!! Highly recommend!
My Dr. was "sending" orders to ODC since May. Finally on Friday, July 24th ODC received them after me calling my Dr. and ODC several times. Sari at ODC-Kissimmee mentioned insurance wasn't covering one of the test and that she needed other notes from the Dr. I mentioned how long I've been waiting for these test. ODC was having phone issues so, Sari went out of her way to go next door to my Dr. and speak with F.D. to get what she needed to be able to get approval and schedule me.
