Get all their promises in writting. Even though salesman admitted he told us wrong information, the sales manager, Chris was rude arrogant and stated, "it is his deal now and he will do it his way. Chris then became aggressive and intimidating. He got one inch from my face and yelled at me to get out when I mentioned an attorney. They are not as advertised. It ethical at all.

I took my vehicle for 120k miles service and they discovered a wet spot during diagnosis but never had any leaks or anthing with honda accord. I requested them to fix (oil pane, gasket) the leak. I paid about $200 for it and the next day i saw the leak in the garage area where i park. I took it back and found that it is transmission leak and they are asking about $720 to fix.
