Used their website to schedule an appointment. Received confirmation text, show up at designated time and date, was told they don’t show an appointment for me. Specifically asked for Air Filter and Cabin Filter replacement during service, neither were done. No notification received to let me know service was complete either. Poor customer service all the way around.
I had a coupon for the works which included an oil change, tire rotation, check battery, filters etc. All they did was change the oil and rotate the tires. I wanted the works. The works I didn't get.
Don’t buy here. Weird experience. If you’re hispanic definitely don’t buy here.
