Horrible experience. This hairdresser is very odd and bad customer service. When she was giving me a haircut, I noticed she was keeping big chunks of my hair on a table. I asked her why she is keeping my hair. She said she’s keeping it because she’s going to use it for her hairstyling class to show them how dry hair looks like. I was immediately offended because she never asked me for my permission. Then, she kept making comments about my hair saying I’m too young to have gray hairs.
