I had a very positive experience at this clinic. The staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The provider took time to listen and didn’t rush through the appointment, which I really appreciated. They also offered interpreter services and provided referrals for additional needs. Overall, it felt supportive and thorough—everything in one place.
I booked an appt with this clinic as my mom needed an immigration exam. I loved that they were able to get her an appt within a week, however, we had hiccups along the way. After she got the exam done we waited about a week and a half for the blood results to come back. I work in healthcare so I understand that results can take time to come back. From some one that has been in the Medical field for more then 40 years this clinic is by far the best clinic that they have in Minnesota. The staff was very punctual, perfect at explaining things.
